FOUNDER
David Hardy – Founder & Principal Advisor
David Hardy is a Chemical & Process engineering leader with more than 20 years’ experience delivering complex projects in highly regulated nuclear and high-hazard industries.
He has built and led nuclear engineering capability within major consultancies and supported programmes across the nuclear fuel cycle, safety governance and complex engineering delivery.
David founded Hardium to provide independent judgement and strategic clarity to organisations facing difficult technical, regulatory and programme decisions.
His work focuses on helping leadership teams align engineering, safety and delivery to restore confidence in complex programmes.
Experience includes work with organisations across the UK nuclear ecosystem including operators, regulators, Tier 1 contractors and advanced technology developers.
